I loved the complimentary breakfast. It had a variety of options, from Jamaican dishes to made-to-order omelets. The Sky Bar was a nice place for drinks and dinner. The environment was very chill. The pool area was lovely.

the check-in process was smooth. i was greeted warmly and quickly. the room was clean and well-kept. the gym had modern equipment that i used.
the breakfast options felt repetitive. the same dishes looked every day. also, the ac was quite loud. it made sleep difficult at times. the pool area lacked ashtrays, even in the designated smoking zone.

the food was delicious, and i especially enjoyed the oxtail.
The breakfast tea facilities were substandard. The hot water urn dispensed water that was not hot enough. i found the app requirement to access freshly cooked eggs and omelets inconvenient. despite my three-night stay, i was informed that extra bottles of water would incur a charge.

The staff was helpful and always attentive to my needs. The location allowed easy access to meetings and other parts of the city. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and found both the service and the food AMAZING!!!
The pillows were uncomfortable . The mattress felt lumpy, which affected my sleep quality. I hope they address these issues .
